The OSB Debtor-Creditor Section Annual Meeting and CLE is a celebrated tradition that our members look forward to each year to learn from one another\, socialize\, and strengthen our state-wide network of professional connections. This year’s event will be no exception. \nClick here to view the event brochure with full schedule. \nJudges Panel Discussion Topics Survey\nThe Judges of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon are seeking input for discussion topics for the “Judges Panel” segment of this year’s CLE program (to be held from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm on September 30\, 2022). Click here to provide answers to this short survey and other comments that may be of interest to section members who practice in Bankruptcy Court.
