DESCRIPTION:The Saturday Session has been rescheduled to Saturday\, April 23\, 2022.  It will be in-person only\, at the Salem Convention Center.  Here is the final save the date.  Sorry for all the rescheduling – COVID has made this difficult 🙂 Registration should be coming out soon. \nDear Debtor-Creditor Section Members\, \nWell\, third time’s a charm\, right?  \nAs the COVID pandemic has ebbed\, and in-person events are permitted again\, the Saturday Session Planning Committee has decided to change the format of the Saturday Session one last time\, and will hold this year’s Saturday Session in person at the Salem Convention Center on April 23\, 2022\, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  Breakfast will be included\, the cost of attendance is $60 per person\, and there will be a cap on attendance of 60 people (but no limit on number of attorneys from each firm).  The event will be held in-person only to facilitate discussion and comradery among bankruptcy practitioners\, judges\, court staff\, and the US Trustee’s office.  \nThe OSB will be sending a registration link shortly.
