This year’s Institute presenters will share their expertise on a range of business and consumer topics. In addition to Institute staples—the Ninth Circuit case law update and Judges Panel—plenary sessions will address trial skills for bankruptcy practitioners; navigating SBA bankruptcy issues after COVID-19; merchant cash advances and bankruptcy reorganization; and untangling the web of our homestead laws. Business and consumer breakout topics will examine non-consumer debt; the impact of Purdue; tips for well-being in your law practice; and Ponzi litigation and bankruptcy. The ever-popular hosted reception remains a collegial way to connect with familiar faces and make new contacts.
