This year’s Institute presenters will share their expertise on a range of business and consumer topics. In addition to Institute staples—the Ninth Circuit case law update and Judges Panel—plenary sessions will address responsible integration of AI into your bankruptcy practice; derivative claim powers; managing insolvency matters with title companies; and protecting client communication and information. Business and consumer breakout topics will examine the intersection between fraud and bankruptcy; small business disposable income, discharges, and debt limits; student loans in bankruptcy; and involuntary bankruptcies. The hosted reception on Friday afternoon is an ideal way to connect with bankruptcy colleagues and judges.
Special rates starting at $192 plus tax are available at the Hilton Bellevue through Thursday, March 26 or until the room block is full. Once the room block is full or the special rates expire (whichever occurs first), standard hotel rates will apply.
