Roadways to the Bench

The federal Judiciary will hold its national diversity event, “Roadways to the Bench: Who Me? A Bankruptcy or Magistrate Judge?” on April 3, 2023 from 12:30pm – 3:30pm. This will be presented in Portland and Eugene. Interested lawyers and law students are invited to observe a national keynote address or panel discussion and participate in local roundtables with bankruptcy, magistrate, district, and appellate judges about pathways to the federal bench. The event will be held in multiple cities across the country, including tentative locations locally in Portland and Seattle. Time of the event, location, and more general information will be provided as the date approaches.
