Save the date! The Oregon State Bar Debtor-Creditor Section Saturday Session serves as a vehicle for the Oregon bankruptcy community to exchange ideas in an open and collaborative environment. Saturday Session will be held on the morning of February 22, 2020 at the Salem Convention Center. Topics will include, among others, a presentation from the United States Trustee’s Office and group discussion regarding the new Subchapter V of Chapter 11. Registration materials will go out before the end of the year.
