This year’s institute features three experienced and familiar faces in bankruptcy practice: The Honorable Eugene Wedoff (retired), Professor Bruce Markell, and attorney Kenneth Klee. Their topics include getting out of owning underwater property, getting paid in Chapter 11 cases, and fraudulent transfers. Four breakout sessions will address tort claims in bankruptcy, claims trading, death and bankruptcy, and intellectual property issues.
