This year’s institute features three experienced and familiar faces in bankruptcy practice: The Honorable Eugene Wedoff (retired), Professor Bruce Markell, and attorney Kenneth Klee. Their topics include getting out of owning underwater property, getting paid in Chapter 11 cases, and fraudulent transfers.
