Pro-bono litigation
Qualifying debtors and non-debtors in active bankruptcy cases may apply for legal assistance with specific matters through the US Bankruptcy Court’s new Pro Bono Litigation Program. Free representation may be provided based on need to unrepresented parties who cannot afford to hire an attorney and need legal assistance.
